Tasting notes: The spicy tones of ginger, red chilli flakes and black pepper, combine with the subtle sweetness of cinnamon,

anise and nutmeg to create a burst of flavors in the mouth.

Steeping notes: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in a cup (200ml) of hot water (boil and cool to 98°C), for 2 minutes. Strain and serve

hot.

Tasting notes: The deep amber color and delicate spiced fragrance of this tea comes from a blend of organic black tea, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and black pepper.

Steeping notes: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in a cup (200ml) of hot water (boil and cool to 98°C), for 2 minutes. Strain and serve hot. It can be had with an invigorating squeeze of lemon, but never any milk.

This is a traditional and much-loved hot beverage in Russia since the late 19th century. In the glory days of the tsars, it was served from gleaming silver samovars. Like India, drinking tea in Russia is a very social thing to do. We had this in mind when we curated this blend - give you an opportunity to invite people over for tea, and sit, talk and drink tea for hours, while eating gourmet baked delicacies. 

Tasting notes: This tea-botanica gets it boldness and heady aroma from the strong tea concentrate made with loose leaf tea, blended with warming spices - cinnamon, nutmeg and star anise. Sugar is not typically added directly to the cup but held in the mouth instead.
