A royal blend! Our idea of of the Jaipur chai was to use the heart-warming medley of warming spices, to recreate that cozy comfort and transport you to that special place of pure joy. Our inspired version begins by lightly crushing the spices in a mortar and pestle. We blend in small batches to ensure that deliciousness, potency, and consistency in every cup
Tasting notes: The floral notes of cardamom, and anise, the zing of ginger, and the natural sweetness of cinnamon and fennel blend together to give a deep, floral, spicy complexity that soothes and energizes at the same time.
Steeping notes: Steep 1 teaspoon of tea in a cup (200ml) of hot water (boil and cool to 98°C), for 4 minutes. Add hot milk. Strain and serve hot. Add sugar to taste. For an iced chai-tea treat, let your chai cool and serve over ice.
